About the project
Development of a complete transcription and call analysis application for Aircall, built with an MVC architecture. The React frontend allows displaying, filtering and listening to calls, while the Python/Flask backend handles local audio transcription via Whisper, sentiment analysis, subject identification and action extraction. The entire application is containerized with Docker and includes advanced recording management, a transcription viewer, automatic summaries, as well as audio playback and secure downloading.
